This average-level online course helps rangatahi (15–29) and whānau supporters understand how lived experiences from events, programmes, and community learning can strengthen confidence, teamwork, and decision-making. You’ll learn to identify meaningful places and spaces, connect participation to your personal and iwi goals, and develop an actionable participation plan you can use to register for events and sustain growth over time. By the end, you’ll be able to explain the leadership pathway supported by kaupapa involvement, articulate your leadership strengths, and commit to next steps that support future iwi leadership succession.
